Mediterranean Yoga offers a path of well-being, self-discovery, and personal growth inspired by the wisdom of the ancient Mediterranean world, particularly Greece and Egypt. It brings together eight components to cultivate vitality, inner harmony, and a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and the world around us.
Rooted in the heritage of Aurum Solis—the “Gold of the Sun”—whose modern public history dates to 1897, Mediterranean Yoga brings this tradition into everyday life. Its approach engages the body, emotions, imagination, and intellect, encouraging each person to explore their potential through practical experience.
The name “Mediterranean Yoga” expresses an ideal of union: bringing the different dimensions of the human being into harmony and developing a balanced relationship with others and with nature. Its teachings draw inspiration from ancient sources and give them a form suited to contemporary life. The eight rays of the Glorious Star represent eight complementary fields of exploration, forming a comprehensive approach to well-being and spiritual growth.
Under the direction of Jean-Louis de Biasi, the tenth Grand Master, author, philosopher, and yoga teacher, Mediterranean Yoga welcomes people of all backgrounds. It invites everyone to discover this living heritage at their own pace and to enrich daily life through mindful practice, reflection, and meaningful connection.

We invite you to start an exceptional journey to balance your Body, Mind, and Spirit discovering the eight rays of this ancient tradition!
